I gotta say I'm glad I joined this site! Doing so has inspired me to actually try to improve my skills. Little by little, I can see the work paying off, and having a place to be observed and critiqued makes me feel as if I'm in art classes again (albeit without the horrid repeatition of being forced to draw corn).

But more importantly, its cool to be a part of a group again. Trading stories and reading about the trials and tribulations of my DA people's quest for art is a high point in my day! This internets is filled with awsomeness, indeed...

I especially thank Tekia for forcing me back on the site when I got 'botted on my first pic. My butt still has a foot print on it.

I can't get the Photoshop program installed on my comp because I am out of both cash and patience, So "Perhaps you Feel..." will be unfinished indefinitely. I also have been painfully uninspired as of late, so I have yet to post anything for like forever.
On the plus side, I see that a lot of my collegues here are posting regularly again, so that brightens my mood considerably. Hopefully, I'll regain my drive soon.

The Xbox I sent to the factory has returned...without HD cables.
Dispite that however, I started to rent movies to eat up the time it will take for the replacement to arrive.

Up next are: Memoirs of a Geisha, Children of the Corn, Samurai Champloo Volume 6&7, Apocalypto, and Orphen.

OMG this movie rocked! It's been a while since I've been to theaters, so I'm glad I got a chance to do so when this movie was out! TFK is well made and really funny, so don't miss it. And if you are an Exalted fan, the banquet scene features a great example of peaches of immortality!

I had to send my 360 in yesterday, because it can't play 360 games. I love playing Oblivion, even if it's not the newest game around. I hated Gears of War and Halo 3 blew. But there was something about just idly wandering the fields of Cyrodiil that made me feel a sense of peace.
That's not the reason I'm in a funk though. Life just kept kicking me in the face and it just got a second wind. The odd part is that my art improves everytime I feel this way, so I guess that's the silver lining...
