Castlevania 3 was a great game! I always had to really think about switching my character since they were each pretty unique. I think Grant was my favorite though. His wall crawling ability was useful.

Yeah I beat it with Trevor and Grant. I tried winning it with Sypha but I got stuck in the caves with her. Same with Alcuard. I could never get the hang of him or get him to turn into a bat.

I had a lot of trouble playing as her as well and had the same issue. Alucard was a bit of a let down in that one. Didn't you have to tap the jump button to make his wings flap?

I have no idea, I literally couldn't get Alucard to transform before something would kill me.

Sypha's magic attack is amazingly powerful but the character is just so weak. Once you lose the fireball weapon she's next to useless with enemies that can strike quickly unless you have a turbo button for her staff.
