Dear Hearts and Gentle People

Hey everybody! I think I'll once again be able to post again soon! I'm getting a new computer, scanner and possibly a tablet in a few weeks.
In other news, I am now attending the 75th greatest college in the US! I transfered to the university with few hiccups, save for the lack of a bed or a couch. I'm in my fifth week and am adapting to life on the campus relatively well. My apartment is nice and the futon I'm sleeping on will be replaced soon. The art course I took are enjoyable and the rest of the curriculum is bearable, so I'm going to try to make the dean's list. I can't wait to post some of my more recent pics in the near future. Hopefully, the lessons show some improvement my technique!
I also got a copy of Fallout 3 and am incredibly addicted to it, I had a wisdom tooth removed, and bought a copy of Watchmen and Changeling the Lost.

Can't wait to see some new stuff. We'll see if you are equally reviled by university technology.

Changeling is a great read. They took the lightest of the OWoD games and turned it into one of the darkest with a heaping helping of horror. The only problem I see is translating the horror of a Changeling's background over into their day to day existence. I'd love to give it a try...

You remind me of my mom. She had to give away the bed she used and now she sleeps on the floor o.o Even though there are 3 other beds in the house... ^^" But she said something like: "It's japanese style!" ;D

I'm also getting a new RPG book, ha! xD I managed to order the Lunars for a really lowered price :dance: Speaking of Lunars, I'm looking forward to borrowing Jade Tured Silver from you xD I know where to put her in my campaign! I'm just waiting for a note about her from you now :heart:

Congrats on the new Lunars book. I haven't been able to locate JTS' original character sheet, but I did find her mortal stats. Feel free to give her any charms you see fit and I'll try to get her to you tomorrow. XD

I used to sleep on the floor back at home as well, but I had a futon. I now have a cheap air matress that makes innertube noises when I move. It's more like camping out than anything else.

I'll try not to disappoint. So far it seems the curse has left me alone so far. It must not be able to cross running water...

I really like what I'm reading in Changeling so far. The guys at White Wolf really outdid themselves when they decided to give this a revamp. It's really imaginative and the concepts make it feel like it fits into the same mold as the other New WoD games. The thing I love the most about the new setting is the need to interact with your own kind, and the strange feeling that all motleys work like support groups for crisis survivors.
BTW, what did you think of Promethean?

Thanks! I tried to keep up with everyone on DA, so I checked in from time to time to see if everyone was still making such great works of art. I've not been disappointed and hope to be posting again soon:).

Thanks, Wondermanrules! It might still be a while when it comes to the photoshop images, but I still have my skill with traditional. I may try to use some inks in the future as well as photoshop.

I would love to play Promethean as well. It is at once the biggest departure from the old World of Darkness and the best fit for the new. One friend and I considered running a very twisted version of the super hero game using Promethean. We may still.
